Overall stay was ok location of the hotel is good room was also good but food was not of good quality and also menu was limited they should improve this

Pros - Good location, Good breakfast. Cons - Old Property, Smelly rooms, Old furniture everywhere, unclean and unhygienic carpets, soiled and dirty sofas in luxury suite. AC CONTROL UNIT IS IN ROOM BUT THEY SWITCH AC ON AND OFF AS PER THEIR WISH FROM BACKEND,MAYBE TO SAVE ON ELECTRICITY.

I was given a superior room, but I didn't get a feeling of that kind. The amenities in the room were not comfortable. Moreover the food was also not upto expectation.

Location of the hotel is very good, in heart of the city, near to the market, business centres. facilities are quite good. food quality is also good. It’s a place to stay for business trips.

Cleanliness issue.....carpet of room is full of dirt. Smell of room is very bad. We have a baby with us so we face these problems. Washbasin sink is stuck with water. It was irritating

Everything was good but bathtub was not available in the bathroom and I guess a discount should be given to the old customer of Piccadilly

Property was good however the room was stinking . Wardrobe doors were broken even Toilet sheet and washroom water was leaking

Room need a lot of repair, sofa are dirty, wallpaper coming out of wall ,door are broken. We had only breakfast but it was not upto mark..sambar and idli were bitter....rest the staff was very cooperative and helpful .

Nice Stay, Ample parking space, Easy accessibility.. Food was good.. But AC was creating noise in room

It is worst , terrible , horrifying experience at hotel. Its infrastructure has finished..Washroom / Wc does not work / tea coffee maker broken / Iron was rusted / linen was old smelling / front office in night was rude and ill mannered. in fact we checked at around 11 pm , though I called hotel to keep room ready and put extra bed. Staff provided extra bed but entire bathroom was non operational , staff continued doing repair in night but they could not ...next day I called front office but there was no response on phone when I came down from room, there was nobody at counter , the concernec manager was sleeping in lobby, he got annoyed when I asked him to look at my room. He agreed to allow me to use other room Washroom with many conditions.. but breakfast staff was goood and were providing decent services. I never recommend this hotel in my circle..

location within city, good location, excellent service provided.....high recommended ..well behaved staff...spacious rooms.....feels like home!!

This hotel is located at excellent location and heart of the city. Polite staff and helpful. Clean environment and nicely decorated interiors. They have enough parking space. Room sizes are good enough. Suit is specially best. Very near to market as well

It was good. Just the breakfast buffet was not good there was no options for breakfast might be there was very few guests and for 7 to 8 guests who will make a big buffet rest everything was good .

Basic room // needs definitely refurbishment.. door lock broken from inside/ signs of wear on wall/ paint // switches light not working.. however serves the purpose for a day or two. Location is good though
