Parklane Hotel

The staff are very rude, they don't care about their customers, even after multiple reminders for breakfast they don't care, Breakfast quality is very poor, this can be a big reason why they don't have a cancellation facility.. it was a genuine experience which I have experienced in 5 days of stay...

Overall stay is good but their food needs improvement. Options should be available for customers in this amount.

Ac leakage then change room. After that bathroom washbasin leakage. But staff is good only the reception person behaviour is not good

The location is good but there is no parking space for vehicles. Rooms are also good but their services are the worst. In between 10 pm to 8 am there's no one of the staff to take care of customers, neither any room service nor no one to attend at the reception desk and Kitchen and they have not even provided tea and coffee pouches for customers to make it themselves.

Room service poor. Air conditioning not working properly.

Stay was comfortable, Hot water was not available in bath room.

Staff behaviour is very bad even not listen any complaint and room service is very late very disappointed with that room is good and clean but staff is wrost

the rooms are so clean and bueatyfull and service is also so good . lighting is so good and room is properly maintained

The property location is pretty good , clean room, co-operative staff and even outside food is allowed, even they serve pretty tasteful food, we are the manufacturer of hotel textile items, in case they wanted to Collab with us anytime we are open for it or any other hotel,

Parklane hotel have good rooms and hygiene. Also reaching through ISBT or Water works is great. Food from Alpine Restaurant is also good.

Not hygienic, disturb till half night due to some guests making noise beside door on banquet room.

The hospitality of this hotel was not good and service is also poor, the room i'm which i stay or allotted (by hotel) light was disturbed and i do not sleep whole night because in only my roo. There was problem of tripping of mcb, no staff was there to attend it.

Rooms were little bit smaller and services were just average.
