Value for money hotel. Nice stay under 2000.

Perfect place for a short business trip. The internet speed was excellent, and the night staff was also available for service. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and a quiet atmosphere, just what I needed.

Horrendous experience at a sub par hotel

Pathetic experience. Behaviour of both host and staff are rude. They are calling the shared space as lobby. There are cameras in the shared space which is a point of concern for anyone. Linen, washroom were dirty. Mentioned amenities like microwave and stove were missing. We were out of the hotel and could not stay there for the night. We had a pregnant woman with us and the amount of we faced

Madam, you have booked only 4 rooms through MMT although it was not on the same floor, but my manager thought it will be convenient so he upgraded and have given you the balcony room, so that you could have all 4 rooms on the same floor, but you wanted to use the full floor common area the shared space also for your party and demanded that we have to switch off the cctv camera in the common area which was not possible at all, the cctv cameras is for the security reasons and hence can not be switched off. Smoking, drinking, partying and loud music in common spaces is not permitted as it disturbs other guests. You have booked only rooms and that have been provided clean with fresh linen and proper hygiene maintained and you can enjoy inside your room. You came with boys and girls group, your behaviour was very strange when you asked to switch off the camera in common area. What you wanted to do behind camera and who will be responsible if any damage is done to our property in case security cameras are switched off. Our hotel is family hotel and we dont allow such things which are against professional standards.

The stay was good but the room maintenance wasn’t at par. handwash didn’t have liquid, Exhaust fan wasn’t working, flow in the tap was too slow. although they fixed everything when i complained but would have been better if these things are taken care beforehand. rest everything was good

Manager provided good service. Enjoyed hotel stay with family. Housekeeping staff are also very professional. Affordable, neet and clean hotel i recommend for travelers. Loved free breakfast at discounted room rate booking.

Affordable price, value for money hotel. Under rs2000 we got 2 free breakfasts. Clean room and bathroom with premium toiletries hand moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner and liquid body shower wash in refilled bottles. Large android smart tv with youtube and jio cinema and other ott channels. Enjoyed good vacation. - this was my first time to staying in a very nice hotel in kolkata, newtown. Value for money hotel with free breakfast. I enjoyed staying at the hotel cause it was clear, comfortable and staffs are very friendly. Easy travel to nearby tourist locations. - best affordable hotel for staying with family and friends. Neat and clean rooms and good service. We were really happy to stay in this hotel. The staffs at the hotel were really helpful and we enjoyed very tasty food at this hotel. Located at prime location in newtown between eco park and city center 2. Battery auto rickshaw stand at walking distance.
