The staff is good and very friendly in nature and the camps are also amazing with all facilities best camp i visit

M going for stay at nirvana resort on 25/06/2024 for stay but property owner denied for stay bcoz they sold my booking 2 rooms to another walking customer. The owner tell me its my property its my write to give my property to walking customer or make my trip customer.

The location is not as close as seen on map. There is one more resort in between this resort and the lake, so you have to walk some distance to reach the lake. Service is poor. No charging point in rooms. Food options are limited and no restaurants in close vicinity.

There was no electricity and water in the bathroom or washroom after 10:30. There was only 1 staff member who could not accommodate all the guests

They have good location and staffs tried to help but either due to absence of owner or some other reasons they lacked many basic things: no charging point at room, no running hot water supply, electricity was somehow managed with the help of neighourhood hotel owner. The courtyard of the resort lacks maintenance and should be landscaped for a nicer experience.

No stability on electricity, charging points not available in rooms, when we visited they didn't server lunch and said dinner will be provided. Bed warmer or heater is not provided by property. Awful l stay

Amazing resort with professional staff. Always there to help guests. Cozy rooms with amazing food.

Comfortable rooms with some amazing staff serving you absolutely hot and delicious food. A great view of pangong awaits you from the outside.

The camp was nice, but the food was a bit lacking. There are no sockets in the rooms, so devices have to be charged in the dining area from 7-10:30 pm. There was a shortage of thermos bottles, so we didn't get any. But the location is very close to the lake, plus the night sky is clearly visible from the large windows in the rooms.

That is not even a room they built with cardboard, in the room we can't even sleep, they didn't give me a charging point also

The stay is comfortable and the staff members are very caring and professional. The food was awesome.

Good quality is not good up to the mark. Need to improve room as well as it is too freeze once temperature falls down on the pangong lake
