The location of this property is excellent, and the property itself is very good. The only issue is that the reception staff doesn’t seem to know that when unmarried couples are allowed, they shouldn’t be asking questions like “who is this person.” Also, at the time of room check-in, there is no staff present.

Totally unprofessional staff of this hotel is, Firstly they have given the room in which no bath facilities are there. Door of the room is not working properly. I must say that the ratings are totally opposite of the rooms and hotel they are operating with

Good quality - restaurent is excellent, including staff at restaurent. Reg. Rooms are ok, but being new hotel washroom is not proper functioning. Out of thee double delec two showers were not functioning , inspite of repeated calls to reception. Even though we had made advance full payment, we have to wait half a hour for allowing the room after 2 pm.

I Booked there for 3 days but left hotel in 2 days when i reach hotel plan to take 8-9h rest AC was not working I complained them but they not taking it seriously after 7h when I went on reception and ask then they change room to 202 in that room bathroom was pathetic once i come back from kumb i was plan to take rest but in that room I can’t so i left hotel and stay at jabalpur.

My stay in namah courtyard rewa was unpleasant experience and disappointing stay i had booked 3rooms and one of the room was stinking badly and there was a leakage from ac when i entered my room, hygiene was my main concern bed was not cleaned i could see hairs and there was a used towel hung behind the door. After looking at this right away i called and informed the reception around 11pm but nobody took it serious even after multiple calls in the night and next day morning by 10 am they removed the used towel and provided fresh ones. Hotel entrance and lift everywhere it was stinking overall it was a bad experience here

Stay and experience is good worth staying over there if coming to Rewa..Restaurant is there and have quality food.

It was well pleasure by travel-ling in the bus of tiwari coach( sutra vale. Staff was good & cooperative.

Hotel reservation team behaviour is pathetic, rooms were not ready when we reached. Even after a late checkin and prior call bedsheets and pillow were not clean even after changing room

Clean room and good ambience, gud non veg, location good, nice amenities and services. In room tea, coffee available, fridge also.

Very bad experience in a hotel like courtyard. In washroom shower was not working on 1st day and they allotted us new room on second day but force of water was also not there in washrooms shower. We also asked for non veg food but they denied due to savan month and after sometime we show that they served to others non veg food. Egg option is also not available in breakfast due to same reason. South indian break fast was also not available. We used swimming pool on 1st day and they told that we have to pay extra for swimming after talked with his manager they gave us as complementary. Not recommended to others.

Stay was good. Breakfast was included but we were not served the same. Upon asking we were served bread toast with tea. Should refund the breakfast cost then. Rooms were clean as this is a new hotel.

Best property, newly constructed, all the interiors are good, food is also good, value for money, thanks for the wonderful stay
