Location was very good and near to beach. Hotel staff was polite. Food was very good.

Rooms were good and neat and clean. Food was good, but can even keep maharashtrian cuisine.. as it's in ratnagiri there shd be special food of that locality in their menu.

It was a great stay even with minor hiccups. First, the rooms were properly clean, so that is a big checklist done. Secondly, the location - it is 500 meters from the beach, so you can walk, no need to drive. Third, the food taste in the restaurant is good, so you don't have to search for food elsewhere. The place has children play area as well as outdoor seating. Things that can improve is speed of serving food, it is bit slow. WiFi was down for both days I stayed. The overall mobile network in Diveagar is not great. Would definitely recommend.

This "resort" is not at all like the pictures and all the reviews seem managed. Please avoid this place, it's not good at all. It's a really small property. Food service is worst, they take 1 hour to serve basics like khichdi and anda bhurji, that too after several reminders. Completely unmanaged place. Food quality is just ok. On the morning of check out eggs were not available for breakfast as they were out of stock. We had to scrape out chhole to have chhole poori. The kitchen was so so dirty, no wonder we all had upset stomachs. TV was not working in our room and no "specialist" came to repair it. 1 Geyser was not working in one of the bathrooms of family cottage room. Cleaning staff is good, helpful. The "parking area" is not made of cement, so the whole area was flooded after rain and one couldn't walk on the slush unhygienic, poor service, overpriced. Regret staying here.

Best stay hotel in the area, rates vary based on seasons but with limited staff availability and low room services. However food was really nice even though people were same who were managing making food, waitering rooms and tables, hats off to them but other side 5k of rooms with low services rates is a catch.

Booked Exotic Cottage 3, but got a different location and room. Poor experience for family trip. Driver's dormitory was very bad. Not satisfied with MMT service and property quality.

The infrastructure was just average. The best part of the stay is their hospitality. I found it a bit overpriced overall.

The Room was not ready for check in till 3.30 p.m while the Check in timing was 12.30. There was no representative of the hotel staff to attend. I had no option but to complaint to MMT without any resolution and the Hotel owner was somewhere in Pune trying to reach his manager.

Excellent location, clean and hygienic rooms, courteous staff are a hallmark of this place. The beach is just 5 mins. walk from the property. Adequate parking available on site. The food options can be better.

This is a good option near beach. However high rate compared to amenities provided. Rooms are clean but not maintained upto the mark. Food is good in hotel and many other food options nearby.
