Full marks to the hotel for it's location. But the amenities are not up to the mark considering the high prices charged during season time by them. Food served is another disappointment. Firstly they don't offer room service for major meals. Secondly quality and taste of food both need a lot of improvement. This hotel is located in small town and you don't get lots of options for dining outside. Hotel staff said they will charge extra for serving non veg dishes in lunch and dinner and it's not included in the breakfast/dinner package inclusions. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. If they had the means they would surely go out of their way to serve customers. During season atleast they should hire more people to manage higher occupancy levels.

the location of the property is very good. it has access to the lake. The best part of the resort is its FOOD. All food items were very delicious. Staff and the manager is very courteous. Overall its a very good property for a peaceful stay.

Property location was fabulous. It is just at the lake. Food was too good. Rooms were clean. But furniture such as extra bed was not comfortable and quilts etc was not good enough for the winter season. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful property, serene location just a bit issue with washroom cleanliness which was rectified, food provided was amazing they need to start room service every-time one cannot go the dining area

Overall experience is too good

Our executive room was a bit dusty and have spider web. Itercom was not working and was not given the towels or tea maker

Type executive room comprises one double bed and one sofa bed. Can accommodate 4 persons as it is 1bh style accomodation.

A very pleasant stay, nice property with a very serene atmosphere. cleanliness could be a bit better though it was very much satisfactory. Team members and staff are very polite and care for the guests

we stayed in there best room as family 👪 of three, room was very big neat and clean, good view, bank on lake and top of that birds chirping allover the place.
