JK Park Residency

It was a wonderful stay, close to city market and the beach. Neat, clean and good hospitality. Though our stay was for only a day, the staffs were very helpful. Would recommend to any of my friends and colleagues, also wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The room was good and clean, and the property overall is great. Bus connectivity is also available, which is convenient. However, the housekeeping service could be improved — daily refilling of water bottles and tea/milk sachets only happens after reminding them, and even room cleaning needs to be requested each time.

We stayed there for a night and it was a pleasant experience, deluxe room was very clean, spacious enough and cozy. Good parking space available for vehicles. One good thing about this hotel is the mini fridge is already pre-filled with couple of soft drinks, a dairy milk chocolate and they had keps a tray in the table with some chips and cookies but its chargeable and a small menu card is kept along with the price list of these items, good for people who feel hungry in the midnight they can rely on these. I booked it very last minute so I did not had the option of selecting with breafast so I am not sure how the breakfast is the hotel. However there is a restaurant right next to the hotel Anand Bhavan Grand, fish curry is available in the breakfast here, ambience is good. Overall a Pleasant experience, recommended for family.

The property was at the heart of the city and the room was good. The only issue was that the restaurant at the top had a bar which was quite loud and it closed only after 10:30.

The stay was very good. Room was clean and hygienic. Service was prompt and the staff were very cooperative.

This place is okay the rooms and everything are pretty well maintained, but they don’t have hot water, that was a terrible thing. They don’t even provide and brushes or anything. They charge you for even water that too above the MRP, that was pretty weird.

Room is good. But they asked me for early checkout. They made me wait for half an hour for checkout. Also, there is a minibar system in the room. They questioned me about using a product that I didn't use. The service was not that good.

Very bad environment, can never go and stay with family because of drunkenness and full of problems in the nearby rooms, the authorities are not responsible at all

Booked on the run, it was much better than my expectations. Adjacent to main road. Clean & tidy rooms and facilities

Very poor and unhygienic hotel. They are washing the used cups and glasses in washbasin of your room bathroom.

I have been staying for the last 12 days and the air conditioner is making very noise and head shower in bathroom is not working properly.

No sufficient staff and available staff not receptive. No reatuarant available wash basin and bath room drains not proper no hot water available.

We had food poison eating their restaurant food. When repoeted they were least bothered about that.

Had a pleasant stay. Absolutely perfect choice for family time. The food was amazing @velocity lounge. Definitely would be first preference for future stays

Washroom only one thoothbrush and thoothpaste service is below average
