Wrost Hotel Ever . Bathroom Tap is not working. No Toilet paper in bathroom. Also hotel staff does not provide any welcome drink. Does not have any soap, hand wash , bursh and toothpaste. Also bed is not good and property is broken.

Hotel is under renovation, no intercom, no restaurant but they arrange meal by nearby restaurant, bathroom fittings corroded due to sline water, no tea arrangement. One towel provided, on intervention they provide extra towel. I suggested to improve the basic amenities.

Room: The rooms were not as shown in the picture and in poor condition. The washrooms were not clean.I have paid a good amount but didn't expect this kind of room for the amount i paid. Service: Very poor service i booked 2 rooms with occupancy of 2 in each, but they provided only 1L water bottle in each room, since we were 4 they should have given 4 L water bottle for 4 of us. Location: Location was ok, no such complaint with the location.

i recently stayed at hotel vrinda place and had a mixed experience. the room was spacious, which was a plus, but unfortunately, it was messy and poorly maintained. the design of the room, with three sides covered by glass, made it uncomfortably cold, especially during the night. despite requesting an additional blanket, the staff refused, which was disappointing and added to the discomfort. the washroom was in terrible condition—far from what you’d expect in a decent hotel. it was neither clean nor functional, which made the stay even more frustrating. on the bright side, the food was quite good, which somewhat salvaged the experience. however, the room service was painfully slow, making it hard to enjoy the meals or address any needs promptly. overall, while the hotel has potential due to its spacious rooms, the lack of cleanliness, poor facilities, and unresponsive staff make it hard to recommend. i would not return in this hotel and will suggest to consider the above feedback .
