terrible hotel, everything is broken ,make my trip is spoiling their standards. ppl visiting shirdi should not book this hotel at all . everything is broken hered bedroom lights, bathroom, lock, Ac everything

nice place,co operative staff,nice place,near temple and awesome for stay .

Management is so good and supportive . They are helping the people who are not aware of all the visiting places . Arranging transfers .

Rooms, toilet were very dirty when we ask them to clean they were not behaving properly. There is no lift they gave us room on thrid floor my mom had medical issue they did not supported us with changing room to lower floor. Bedsheet was also not changed

they will give you the least preference by giving worst room in the hotel the hotel management is so bad, no hygiene maintained, looking old construction and furniture, not like they appear is photos,

Poor quality of room, it has large crack everywhere in room entrance, dirty worst washroom, whatever the photos available, it has nothing to similar.

no hygiene maintenance, washroom is too very much dirty. room are not clean at all before handoving to the customer. I have ask to clean the room Still not done. and also hotel person was doing argument with me

There are better options than this. Staff and owner are uncooperative and rude. Unhygienic room. No towels no toiletries.

Service is not good. I had to wait 15 minutes as there was no one at the reception counter. There was no ventilation in non ac room. Cleanliness just manageable.

Most pathetic stay ever. No service at all. Person at the counter said they don't provide towel and soap. Toilet and bathroom was not clean and never maintained at all. Bucket and mug was so dirty as if they were not cleaned since past few years.

No water supply, no shower, hot water problems, not cleaning in room, not changing bed sheet, charging point not work properly, tv was not working,

I had an average experience with this hotel, i do not recommend this hotel to anyone in future unless there are no options available.

Dont go with family. Its very bad rooms and maintenance in hotel. Wash rooms are very bad. No higinic. Over all it w very bad

Room was good but the water flow in washroom is staying one side and next day morning before vacating hot water didn't came

Hotel people are treated good and lodge maintenance is poor and continuous power cut at night lodge people have arrange cab and rikshaw for near by temple or spot seeing too with friendly budget i feel happy

Gave non ac room instead of ac room after booking room in advance. Didn't give refund and also response was very bad

Stay was good and very much near to temple. First day there was no ac rooms which i booked, got from 2nd day stay.

Average hotel. Near to temple. No hot water. Frequent power cut in night. Affordable. . Good for solo traveller.

The hotel is located close to the temple. However the quality of rooms is below normal. Air conditioned rooms not available. Charging points were not working
