Expected a premium stay as per the cost but it was an average stay for us. This hotel was understaffed. First 2 days, breakfast was not served in a buffet instead we had same options both the days. Last day, it was a buffet but again the same menu , idli, poha and aloo paratha. Took a lot of time to issue the bills. We had booked the car from hotel for out of town visit to temples, while returning the was CNG issue which caused the driver to take a longer route because of CNG station.

AC did not work through out our stay. Staff behaved rudely when I complained about it. Very very Terrible breakfast. Bathroom was horrible. Mosquitoes all around. Provide hair drier without plug with Necked wire. On complaining, the answer was some guest broke it. Very high priced.

Hotel is good and at very convenient location. Staff is very courteous and helpful. I have found some minor cleanliness issues and conveyed the same to them. They accepted it and assured that they will take care of it.

Staff is courteous, professional and excellent customer service. Hotel restaurant is also excellent. Food quality was excellent with clean and comfortable seating facility.
