Had a great experience. Great property

The hotel didn’t give me the room category in which the room was booked. I had booked club room and understand it was not available

Horrible experience, I had booked due to location suitability but hotel room isn’t enough good to stay, washroom dirty room dirty flooded water

Room was not comfortable . so me along witg my wife hv feel very uneasy.. Curtain of room was not fitted and looking like unsafe.. Door lock was little broken

Nice Hotel stay facility with lovely break fast & lunch... nearby Railway Station & good transport for this location... trained & skilled staff

all other things are good except rooms are too small for that price range and some appliances as water boiler machine for coffee making etc were not working

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout stay. The room amenities were nicely done and rooms were very comfortable. Everything was perfect - landscape, room, breakfast and count on.....

Room size is very compact. Room amenities are well maintained. Food quality is good however chai seems to be more of water n less of milk

Hotel Outside looks okay... but inside the hotel every things are mesh. It's a very old property they never fix it. Washroom so dirty resembles to any railway station washroom. Flush not working. Water comes muddy. Telephone lines are dead, one cannot connect to reception when the phone lines are not working. Don't expect internet,every while goes disconnected. Food is good for me Location of the hotel is fine with me Facilities in the hotel are very nice and the restaurant is very nice and nice behaviour for everyone and I can't explain it

everything is good location, room service, food amenities. I would recommend the property deluxe to official travellers

Great stay. Great food. Warm hospitality. The room was towards the smaller size but it's okay. The washroom was cleaned and unlike other hotels they provided necessary kits without asking
