We are not happy with the service

Location is very close to Udupi Temple. Rooms are clean, hot and cold water is available throughout in the clean bathrooms. There's a bit of problem in parking. Near to temple. Accomodation is older one. No food options in side hotel. But we have food options near to 100 mts from hotel. Good to stay for a short trip

the room was really dirty there was hair on the bedsheet and cockroaches everywhere the flush wasn't working worst stay

the A/C was not very effective. service not up to the mark. it's not worth it for what we paid......

Property is in parking lot area of udupi sri krishna mutt , no proper hygiene and no proper response from the hotel management

Toilet was not clean. There was no hot water. they didn't even provide a toothpaste. Generally, two water bottles a day are complimentary but I had to pay for that as well.

Both excutive and deluxe rooms were bad- stuffy, wet, sheets and beddings dirty and no ventilation. Aircon wasn’t cleaned for a long time. We didn’t find any other better locations to stay as well.

Best Lodge... Heigine was excellent.. Good staff behaviour... One can visit this accomodation place

Worst experience with make my trip company dey told me that the miss sending the amount not refundable.

it was really a disaster stay at the property. The staffs not attended properly. The room was not cleaned. The bed sheet was too bad. Towel given was terrific.

The commode in the toilet was missing seat. Staff was not cooperative and it was not worth the amount paid

it's the oldest building which is getting renovated now and it not completed the dust and smelly room is disgusting with kids this is not the place of recommendation. it's not a hotel it's lodge with cheap quality bed and bedsheets.

Facilities were good. It was very near temple. Clean and neat

BED and COT were not Good. Had stayed with family. Alloted a separate COT. Requested for single COT and BED with NO response. We joined the cot on regular basis all night. Response was very poor. But other things were OK. BED/COT were not Good. Were adjustong all the night. Expected to change but with little response. But other things are OK.

rooms are small and cleanliness in ok ok not great.. bathroom is small and walls and doors are not clean.. it doesnt look like they change bed sheets regularly after each guest.. they dont have hooks to dry your towels or hold your used clothes.. only thing positive is the hot water though they said only available till 8 but got it at 9 as well
