Great experience with great staff and facilities food was also good Feel great

I found Hotel spreaded in a good space. With Good space of parking. Hotel was under renovation and getting modified to modern structure with swimming pool too. Thus it was quite dirty at room entry on way to room. Rooms : I was in super delux room and found Good with basic amenities in this budget. observed some mosquitos but rooms were clean. Food : I had Lunch and breakfast. Hotel have there own restaurant. Taste was Awesome but cost was on bit higher side.

property is under construction so no service up to mark. room service also very poor.food also not good.

The room is not cleaned properly the intercom is not working & on information the ans is you can call on mobile. 3. I asked for a glass of water at reception & even not get it after waiting for half an hour. 4. The stay is very pathetic so don't recommend any one for stay there.

Hotel son chiraiya was very expensive in which there was no facility. The doors of the room were broken, in which tissue paper packing had to be put and stayed. Charged rs. 2958. 00 for a room of rs. I feel cheated

Dirty, and infested with termite, broken wardrobe,, broken water mixture, loose toilet seat cover, rotten food plates of 4 day old fiction, bed with sharp edge dangerous, door lock struggling, choked drainage zero maintance, fly and mosquito infested. , worst life time experience.

We booked a room at hotel sonchiraiya, shivpuri for one night on 31/12/22. The hotel staff at reception was very courteous and prompt in allotting us our room. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Good job done by housekeeping staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant "swad. Nice decor, courteous staff and very tasty food. A small bonfire was also arranged by the hotel staff outside where we spent some quality time since it was a quite chilly night. Overall an excellent experience and would surely recommend a stay at this hotel for any one visiting shivpuri.

Room was poor, view of hotel is like old dharamshala, food is average

Breakfast not served in buffet. I was charged money for ordering omelet e in breakfast.

Hotel should serve non veg food. Though veg option are good.

The Hotel boy insisted that I leave my bag wanting to carry it himself. After check-in formalities I was surprised to See the boy carrying another guest's bag leaving mine unattended on the entrance near the Road. Suite room was spacious. Room service was good. No stand in the bathroom for keeping soap or shampoo. With a little more attention to detail and some training to the service staff the Hotel can come up to it's potential.

A/C of my suit was not working and there was no electrician. Then they offered me executive room which was worst and when I asked to give refund of the difference in the tariff then their attitude was ok will give 10% discount on food as if they are doing favor. Then when I contacted mt then they shifted to to a better room which is still downgraded but didn't offer any discount discount. Very unprofessional approach.

The facilities of hotel are good in the context of Shivpuri being a small district. There may be few glitches but hotel staff were co-operative and active. Food is worth appreciating. The hotel is near to many important landmarks of the city. Review-3.5 star.
