The first impression it self is bad, their behaviour and response is not acceptable and they say booking is not available in their hotel so they denied to give room at first, after long conversation with various people, finally i got a room and which is not cleaned and linen not changed, after my questioning they did cleaning and changed linen. Overall rating is very bad

Rooms are very crumpy. Carpet area is only 100 sq ft against as mentioned 200 sq ft in booking portal. Rooms are not clean furniture is also rustic. Intercom was not working soap facility was not provided

Cleanliness was issue and lot of mosquitoes

I reached the hotel so early in the morning at 4 am but the staff's behaviour was very bad for me. I even offered him 500 rs for extra time and i am asking for a shampoo but he completely denied and threatened me i will cancel your booking. From 4 am to 12 pm i have spent time on the read. Very disappointed from this property.

Booked two rooms. They were very neat and spacious.

Service is very very poor staff is not 30 rooms maintain by only one staff room is not good very poor service

The best part about this Hotel is the location, just 300 meters from the Temple. Otherwise rooms are not very clean, space is enough. Parking is open but enough space to Park 25-30 cars. No other facilities in the hotel, they can get you anything from outside shops, restaurants if you need.

Clean rooms, comfortable stay and no complaints. Accommodating on early check-in. Hotel is so close to the say meander, we could visit it twice or more times daily. Whenever we make a repeat visit, we will choose this hotel.

Need to improve cleanliness. Food facility, contact information should be there.

The hotelier didn't have enough contacts with cab owners.
The stay was pretty descent. However, towards the end, we had a bit of miscommunication with the housekeeping guy and we feel that we were overcharged.

The hotel is good for it's price and it's very near to the temple. But free breakfast is a waste no buffet just an item server in a small restaurant actually a stall near the hotel. The staff are very good.

Nice hotel, however many things to improve, hotel food is not that great.

Nice locations With great amenities which help us to stay properly in such a good weather. Food is not so good but it will be slightly happy to use it.

The room was clean and the bathroom was tidy. Properly maintained. The wifi was good and enough ventilation. Overall awesome experience
No free mineral water bottles were provided and had to wait for 1 hour for the heater to on. Despite requesting hot water earlier itself, the service staff took more than an hour and was delayed futher.

Toilets was not clean, room service was not pleasant.

We traveled from Pune to Shirdi. Booked online using make mytrip. Com. Stayed for a couple of days. The hotel is very close to Baba's samadhi mandir. Worth spending time. Service was normal. However guests may be offered better hospitality.

I was charged Rs 2500 for double bed AC with 2 extra bed which is no way worth . I am really annoyed with make my trip for accepting my booking for 4 adult & 2 children . I may have wrongly selected the single room but I was accepting the website should have not taken this kind of booking. The charge of the same room was Rs1500 when I asked to the hotel reception but make my trip has charged me with Rs 2500 for the same room with just 2 extra bed which are just Rs 100 for extra bed as told by hotel reception . I am really annoyed & sad by make my trip because I have been cheated with this & my visit was made terrible with this kind of experience . I will never make booking my make my trip & will make sure I will share this experience with as many as I can.

The place is at an optimal location for the pilgrims. Walkable distance to the temple . The rooms were good and service was also good. Free breakfast is not worth as they provide only one item which isn't that great other hotels offer buffet or two or three items atleast

They should have provided newpaper and mineral water as offers initially, they just provided two mineral water bottles within five people, did not provided newspaper. Else other service and cleanliness was fine
