Hotel Rajratna Executive

i book with breakfast but i don’t get the breakfast and all room like oyo so my experience was very bed and all staff behaviours was very bed hotel was bed

Ac is not available in the room. Soap, shampu, handwash, tooth brush, komb - these items not available in the room. When called reception to get this then there is no answer on phone. When i came downstairs at reception, it was shocking that there is no one in the hotel to help me. Then i move to local market an-buy necessary things. Toilet seat is not good and water spray was not working. When asked for breakfast then they said currently it was not active because of some cleaning activity. Wifi was available but it was off. At the time of my exit one person came with soap, komb and a shaving kit but it was late. I think this property is taken under maintenance so these issues are there. It is better to not accept any booking during maintenance schedule. Person came late night does not have an option to cancel

There was no electricity at night in the hotel as well as in the room, so much disturbance at night.
