We have talked about only stay for 3 hr not overnight but they have charged extra for guest.Room was dirty,Washroom was very bad,hot water was not available,No soap.very bad hospitality.Worst place for stay.I will not suggest anybody.No drinking water supplied during stay.Very bad experience.

Well you don't have much options so can't complain.. Very basic kind of hotel with reasonable tariffs... Location is great and staff is also nice.. Food is also reasonably good... Rooms can be maintained better with cleanliness.

Hotel rooms are not good for which price charged too high, I have not felt worth to spent for this hotel's room, reception staff were not so customer friendly and charged high for other services used during stay.

Reception person Mr. Ashish behavior is rude . Bathroom is smelling, allotted is not working, Over all room is maintenance is very poor as they can improve the same. Food is good and location is best over all rest of cleaning and staff behave all things are good.

There is no more option in burhanpur. Thatswhy we stayed there. If you want to stay for one night than its good .. Room is average. Smelly ,, bathroom is so bad .. But thats you can get for only 1000 rp for 3 people

I booked hotel by reaching on reception. Tariff was high so the manager suggest me to book by makemytrip. Com and you will get in cheaper tariff. Even he help me to book hotel. Hotel service was good. Very near to Burhanpur bus stand. Food also delicious. Superb staying

Stayed there for 1 night. For any I had call thrice on intercom and every time new person came so, I had to repeat the same thing again and again although there are very less options in such small city, even though I upgraded my room by paying extra but found that upgraded room also are the cheapest.

I stayed there for 1 night. For any I had call thrice on intercom and every time new person came so, I had to repeat the same thing again and again. I ordered for breakfast they made it and kept in the kitchen, I am with one more hotel's guest waiting, they brought it us when we lost our temper.

Although there are very less options in such small city, even though I upgraded my room by paying extra but found that upgraded room also are the cheapest quality room. Coloured towel and coloured bedsheets said about the level of the room itself.
