I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and i must say it was a rather disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. The bed sheets were visibly unclean, which immediately made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Moreover, the room had an unpleasant odor that was hard to ignore. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests.

Good location, average room, food quality is very good.

Hotel rooms were very odd. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Bath fitting were also not good. Rooms condition were also not good. Rats were frequently wondering in the room. No window for fresh air. Location of the hotel is good. Overall things were not good. S

- kitchen staff is good -food service is fast -hotel staff is also good -the guy sits at reception is rude -rooms were not cleaned -no water in one of the rooms -no curtain was there in one of the rooms - water leakage in the washroom of the second room -tv’s were not working. Rest, i liked the location of the hotel. Parking was pathetic

The staff is unprofessional and arrogant the rooms are in very bad shape. Lights wont work, bad paint condition, dirty furniture. No concept of house keeping exists there poor washrooms acs are in good condition though food is good.

Check in took fifteen minutes, never asked to sign any documents, bathroom was dirty

Hotel is on road with proper parking area. Various food options available and food quality is good.
Professional staff. Food is awesome. Bit more cleaning is required in lobby and washroom.

The behaviour of Hotel staff is very rude, takes double charge for water bottle and service is also not upto the mark. Overall it is not the good place to stay

Very poor services. Food quality is not up to standard. Specially breakfast. It was mentioned 7 meal plan breakfast but only aloo paratha and butter toast was available. Room was too small.

Excellent experience and in my opinion it is best Hotel to stay in Mainpuri
