They do not provide towel and toilet soap, also in my 11 day stay they force me to vacate on exact at check out time 11. 00 am my train is at 3:30 pm, i requested to allow me till 1:30 but they do-not listen.

Hotel room was quite old and renovation is needed. There was no lift and stairs was very small and conjusted. There was big mosquitos in the room and no arrangement from hotel side. Bathroom was not maintained properly. Location of the hotel was fine.

Worst experience with makemytrip

soloHotel denied check inn after 2 hours they gave check inn and take extra rupees 250. I tried calling makemytrip they don’t have any solution and after that they ask invoice of wrongly charged amount. Hotel refuses for invoice and makemytrip saying hotel is not picking the call so we can’t do anything
