Bath water salty. Room having cockroaches. Poor service. Location is good

Hotel rooms are old style but rooms are clean and good in condition. Restaurant is available below the hotel. staff is good

water is not available in bathroom and even clean water also not provided in room. Room is not clean and suffocative room. Very bad experience. costly room and not worthy for any price. I strongly recommend please not stay here with family or even group. Use dharmshala only which is available in cheaper and better than this hotel. Hotel staff is not more supportive and not given proper answer for services.

Hotel is good for family nearby Dwarka station and Dwarkadhish Temple. Rooms and service is also good.

It was terrible, the washrooms are laden with mold n hars water stains on walls n so was the room ceiling, the wood of the bed was swollen due to moisture and had whitish fungus kind of layer under the mattresses, the almirah too was dirty inside plus there was an ashtray with discarded hair balls in it.

Mattress were dirty and torn, shower and exhaust fan was also not working. Due to humidity, we will uneasy and there were no ventilation available in the room

Cleanliness and hygiene is worst, cockroaches, insects all over. Washroom very dirty, stained taps, tiles and commode very tidy and stinking, bedspread, towels not given, the house keeping and boys were very good and friendly who was very helpful

An excellent hotel to stay safely and comfortably. The hotel is located in prime area and easily visit to dwarakadhis temple. This hotel os very neat and clean and staff are very coordial.

Room was moistured. Smelling and no basic facilities there.

Very very poor service. Not even to serve tea. Most of the employees are habitual of chewing gutka. Everything was unhygienic. Drinking water is being served in used plastic bottles.

Location is very good food not tried regarding amenities, some action shall be taken regarding cleaning of rooms so as to avoid a single insect around the bed. Service is good and can be certified as very good if infrastructure is maintained at its best.

Hotel is not good in amenities. But dwarka has all hotel nearby dwarkadheesh temple on a higher cost.

Service person is too good, helpful and polite, washroom condition is poor and location is also good. As per providing cost this room not justified the room cost

Facilities and staff are very cooperative and dwarikadhish mandir is around 500 metre from hotel. Teal facility available on your room as well.
