Terrible Stay

Worst service, beds are not good, no parking, no complementary water, no extra towels, no bath soap or dental set etc. And the staff's behaviour is very rude and not good. I faced lot of challenges while staying, 2 night s i was stay with dirty hotel with cockroach. Worst experience ever.

Bad experience water bottles is not complimentary to the guest. We have to purchase it extra. I have booked room with breakfast. And they are not providing breakfast. Worst service will never book again

1) In my hotel every room as complimentary water if u take new water bottle it will cost 2) In my hotel we doesn’t provide breakfast how can you book with breakfast in website also we did not mention that we will provide breakfast

No parking no proper maintenance insecure for families access to hotel is through municipal urinals. Pictures of the hotel where the entry is through a broken wall no parking
