Food quality zero towel stains

In room land line not working, washroom not clean, iron not avl in hotel and also they refused to provide bill copy with gst deduction booking

Room telephone is not working and there have not provided any heater, cool air regular come in room from ac area and window, last night is very bad.

Facilities is sooo poor. Very costly rooms without service.

Hotel international is located in the center if the city just next to bus terminal, gurdaspur. It is well connected and easily approachable via car, bus, taxi etc. Major attractions are in the vicinity of the hotel as well

Room food staff everything is so good.

Except reception and party hall all place are full off bad smell. Room was not private there stores and room are just separated by one window iron grill and covered by only curtain. And luckily there bathroom door has lot of space to pass air due to suffocation. more important what was prize only they charged more on the name of gst. Water bottle provides unsealed.

We went as a group of six men. service was terrible. The rooms had an old geyser in the closet. We couldn't hang our clothes. The bathrooms had mold on the walls. Drains were not properly covered. The door for one bathroom could not be closed as the handle was broken! someone needs to find a new manager. We would never recommend this place again. Stay away and find another place.

Didn't have slippers, gave used slippers have used toothpaste, i had to return it the sheets weren't clean et all wouldn't recommend anyone ever

Terrible toilets, bed hygiene. Room was smelling bad. Towels were dirty & fully wet. No room heater was available even at additional cost. Blankets were dirty.

My bad experience.

The linen was dirty and dirty spot was there. The towel was wet. Dust was in chair and table. In bathroom leakage from geyser. Wi-fi was not working and Hotel staff denied for wi-fi. Overall it was bad experience for me at this price.

Guest room was not update for normal daily requirements.

The bathroom's wall were leaking and toilet seat was broken. There were no free wifi thought other hotels are offering at that price.

Nice stay comfortable stay. Nice staff. Very clean Hotel.

Good facilities and good experience.q

The stay at Hotel International was very average, the room was small and dirty, there was someone's used dirty slipper's in the room and the ceiling of the room had cracks. The mattress was hard and not comfortable to sleep in. There was lizard and ants in the room. The Bedsheets was not changed from the earlier stay from another family, hence we had to sleep in that Bedsheet only. There was no toiletries provided and the washroom was also very dirty and had no soap to take a bath. We had to order water from room service, there was no water provided in our room when we checked in. The room service was OK and the food ordered from room service was average. We ordered Pepsi glass bottles and were charged for each of those bottles. Overall Rating: Room: 3/10, Cleanliness:3/10, Comfortable: 3/10, Washroom: 3/10, Amenities: 2/10, Room Service: 4.5/10, Location: 4/10, Staff Behavior: 5/10, Overall Rating: 3.5/10.

Room was dirty, there was no exhaust in bathroom, there was dust accumulated in mm on windows. Television was not working. Bathroom tapes were very tight to close. Nothing was good. Only staff behaviour was good. Thanks

Location is OK, but cleanliness is not good. Food quality is OK. Staff is supportive.
