The room was not clean. There were no options for having food as they don't have a restaurant and even they don't have facilities for having a coffee. when we ordered coffee they bought from a small shop and served. Service from the staff was terrible. Not even a single positive thing to describe.

it's my first time experience with make my trip and I feel comfortable with the booking process. the hotel room was spacious , good hospitality from the staff of hotel imperial residency. satisfied with their parking facility, good customer care service. but one negative is the little water leakage from air conditioner . overall happy rating is 3.5/ 5

Their customer service is non-existent—calls for assistance were ignored, and they showed no responsibility for their actions. This place is fraudulent and untrustworthy.
