Hotel Grand View

Gigar and TV was not working.

Room with name deluxe is a joke. Normal room with AC. Room clean and bedsheet changed after multiple reminders. Not worthy for 1400+ per day. No balcony, mineral water provided with big big minerals floating inside bottle. Room corner full with gutka & pan spitting. Geyser was not working. TV available with no signal error in setup box.

Water supply for drinking is restricted to two liters which is very rare for an a/c deluxe room in an argument that there are eight rooms to supply water and you are not allowed touch to fill the bottles yourself and housekeeping is not so good. Our experience is that we shall never book this hotel again for staying at puri.

The hotel's one toilet flush was not working and there were lots of mosquitoes there, we couldn't sleep well. But the hotel is good we can say.

Room condition was good but room serice was very poor, staff are not friendly. Tv was not working bsz they have not recharge the tv after saying about in this matter receptiont not take any actuon also sauteed they saying we are not capable to recharge the tv. Inside the sope, towel or blanket are not availabe in room, room was full of mosquito. My sugasition was the room are nearest to temple guest are only come to see lord jagannath pols care our tourism. And please care all the guest if u are not care the guest not coming in your hotel. Pols take care.

Rooms are good at this price, location is great, well behaved and friendly staff, market area where all foods are available.

Prime location, easy access to jagannath temple by auto, station is nearby and co-operative staffs, overall satisfied with my stay.

Toilet bath room condition very bad. Room cleaning very poor. Bed is very bad condition. Poor quality blanket.

Hotel staff behaviour is good. Room is also specious. Only issue i found is the cleanliness of the room. I believe which can be improved.

Rooms are very small, bathroom is too small, rooms are not as per photo, drinking water is not available, only location is good.

My stay at the hotel did not meet my expectations. There is mismatch with the image of room which created inconvenience.

There is no proper response, no neat ness very low to the mark, no one will respond in reseption, geyser, ac not working, there is no generator we have faced lot of mosquito bites n mosquitoes inside and out side the room, very bad. bed and too dirty bed sheet, single towel is given to us, no mirror, no shelf nothing. Don't believe those all pictures. Very poor quality of maintainance.

No dg set, no reception, poor ac, no dining room, all false photos given at booking time. No intercom,
