2 nd class hotal and available room exsilent, but room cleaning not good, average hotal, and staff good.

Best budget-friendly stay near shri krishna janambhumi. Hotel staff is helpful enjoyed the stay.

I never ever expected from make my trip to provide us this type of peteatic property indian style toilet seat hard mattress dirty pillow no ro water facility hot water on demand only dirty room dirty quilts you people charge 1500 for this property but it only worth around 700 very bed experience

No staff in hotel to assist. The person sitting on reception was doing all the works. Only one towel was provided on several request for we three. Door handle was missing from outside as well as inside. Tv and ac were not working. No intercom or telephone available in the room

Despite calling 4 times the hotel staff did not bother to call back and guide us to the location. Finally, when they connected us to the manager, the manager informed us that he did not have any vacant rooms as such he could not accommodate us despite our advance and fully paid booking. Only after the intervention of MakeMyTrip executive, they agreed to accommodate us. After reaching the hotel, the manager tried his level best to make our check-in into a non-ac room stating that the amount we had paid was for non-ac rooms and that charges for ac rooms are higher than what we had paid. Even after showing him the booking voucher he wanted us to check-in into non ac room. After much argument, he handed us the keys to the ac rooms. Upon entering the rooms we found that instead of the standard white sheets they had put regular colored bedsheets which are generally used in our homes. One of the rooms had a chair but notable while the other room had a table but no chair. Ac remote was found to be not working. The tv was installed but the remote was missing from the room. They have mentioned about availability of restaurant but their restaurant was non-functional. They did not even bother to place a bottle of water in the rooms. Towel was provided in only one of the rooms that too only one. One of the worst experiences ever.

I was checking in late at around 11:30pm. As there wasn't any hotel contact mentioned i called mmt to get in touch with the hotel staff so the room is prepared. I was given assurance with the so called scripted lines that i won't be facing any problem. Cleanliness was poor, room was not ready with extra bedding, towel, soap etc, map is not showing the correct location, had to wander around for 1 hour. Thumbs down to mmt and this hotel.
