The staff is really helpful and the room service is good, rooms are perfect for single person looking for a comfortable stay

My experience was ok. The hotel employees were not approachable or cooperative. We want to make our stay adjusted for one day from dc 27th to dc 28th as we wanted to go jaisalmer on 27th. But the owner did not agree for that. The room was not that neat and tidy. The heater in rest room was working ok. I had to cancel my one day stay in december 27th but the owner was not willing to pay back amount. And that is fine but at least could have given one another night stay for the same amount on december 28th. He did not do that.

Hotel is very clean and worth staying. The service offered and the behaviour of the hotel staff was very best and worth mentioning. The manager is very kind enough to help even in other matters also.

Location was very good. Delay in service as there was shortage of staff. Food was not available at the restaurant. Good as a budget Hotel. Room was good with good facilities.

I spent quality time in this Hotel. The sanitation of the Hotel is what makes it extra special. Along with with it the etiquette of the staff of the Hotel is very soothing and hospitable. Though we booked the ac room, the ac was not in working condition during our stay which bugged us. The service was very good and on point. For me, security was never an issue. The room was what we call a complete value for money with a double bed and enough space to breathe freely. I must stay, it was a good stay.
