Property is ok but no option fo

It was a bad stay, location was ok only room was good, Hotel services was very terrible and it was also slow. Overall it was bad experience. Not suggested to others.

The stay was not so satisfactory. The room of the Hotel was not clean at all. We have to call the staff again and again for the cleaning purpose. The bedsheets and the pillow cover was very much dirty. The washroom was a disaster. They also did not return our id which we gave them while check-in. After that, they send it to us by courier. The behavior of the staff was very unprofessional. They bring food from outside.

The Hotel was overall value for money stay. Staff were very cooperative. The allotted room was neat and clean. There was shower and hot water problem in the washroom.

It was good experience. Good location and comfortable rooms.

The location was quite far from railway Station and bus stand. Staffs were okay, food service was not available there, they provided us food from outside but not up to the mark. When I was in the Hotel there was no other bookings but the Hotel seem safe. The room was good and clean and spacious also. I don't recommend this place to others due to the transportation problem.

The manager at the Hotel was extremely helpful and did his utmost to ensure that our stay was good and comfortable. It's still early days at Candlewood as far as Hotel rooms are concerned and our stay reflected that a little. The room was extremely stylish, the time had been taken on interior design, however, there was no heating in the room (we happily paid a minimal charge for an electric heater) and although the shower and bathroom looked wonderful there was enough hot water for two people to be able to use it one after the other. I think, given the good management that this Hotel will improve greatly over time
