we have 2 rooms booking online through makemy trip, but rooms are not vacant and waited for 1hr or more in the evening 7 pm toget room..finally we got 1 room for two seperate bookings..no response from hotel staff..pathetic

This hotel is away from crowd and noise pollution. The rooms are clean and neat. Wifi is available and room service is also on time.

1 terrible not cooperating staff and early checking not counting and by early check out calling 6am and checkout the room like instructions it is really bad experience. . I am not coming in future in this hotel.

Feels unsafe. Falsely advertises 42+ amenities. Doesn't provide basic wifi for the amount paid. Horrible food. Terrible experience overall.

The hotel was not clean and the staff was not cooperative at all. They asked me to check out at 5am in the morning despite making request for a little late check out with extra charges as we had two small kids. When we checked in there was no water bottle in the room, ac remote did not work, geyser took all the time in the world to provide warm water. Staff beviour was quite rude specially receptionists. I request others to book other hotel in the city by walking in. They are charging 3000 a night with no facilities. Pathetic. No thanks

Overall experience was better than what i expected personally. This place is situated on the highway, good and spacious rooms. I got a duplex room where we could accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. Things to improve - cleanliness in the washroom and availability of food.
