Hotel Baisaran

Hotel has nice location close to market but away from noise But to our shock ACs were not working

The stay was wonderful, the staff really took care of our cleanliness and were very courteous. Rooms were clean and location and view from the room was awesomw

Had a memorable stay. All the staff members are very polite. Room was very clean and has very good view. Food was very nice. special thanks to Mr Danish F&B manager and his team for wonderful food and service. will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Good hotel, comfortable stay but not value for money.

The rooms are comfortable with a great mountain view. The staff are extremely courteous and helped us a lot when needed. It’s just opposite the baisarab valley horse hire point as well. The food was superb and totally worth the money

Stay was superb they have best heater and electric heating bed also. View is also nice we took the mountain view room

Good and comfortable rooms, hot water, and clean bathroom rooms, heater below bed and room, buffet was ok, good and well behaved staff, nice location, clean neighbourhood, good location with good views of mountains

All the pictures in their website are magnified. Rooms are very small. Stayed with family. They didn't give us the booked room with mountain view. The view was their staff rooms who smokes next to the room! there is a big hotel nearby which is very good and cheaper!

Pros clean rooms, hot water, clean linens. Cons -they have a very big food menu, but they don't take a la carte orders. You need to pay 650 per person for a mandatory buffet which they don't communicate before. What is the point of having a food menu then? -if you book a cab from the hotel, that will cost you 20% more, better walk out and book cab yourself, plenty around. -no room service. - lidder river is not nearby.

Not worth at all. Charges are too much. The photos says that the property is on the banks of river but nothing of that sort. Very less variety in breakfast. Staff is also not supportive. Not recommended.

Had an amazing experience with the stay and location.

I stayed here for one day. Electricity was going on and off whole night. Room was not heated so they gave extra heater. Blankets , pillows and sheets were dirty. I spent for this useless stay.

Hotel have not lift. If you’re on upper floor so use only stairs. Room rate is higher then hotel category.
