It was a pretty good experience for me staying at the hotel. There was just one thing i didn't like, if you wanted to get any work done from the hotel staff or to place an order, you had to tell them 10 times. Overall good.

It was good from the hotel’s side. The ac was not working properly so they changed our rooms and fixed the ac too. But the only problem was makemytrip not notifying them of our stay and also not notifying them about the bill already being paid. They were confused and i panicked. Make-my trip should do a better job. The hotel was nice and the staffs there were also nice. If only the hotel staff could do the room service properly, it would have been excellent.
