It was my first stay at hotel Aurovalley and the experience was great . The rooms are neat and clean , staff behaviour very nice and cooperative.The food provided by its restaurant is very delicious. Definitely I will stay next time at the hotel whenever I go to koraput. I suggest everyone to book at this hotel for pleasant stay without any doubt. Five star rating for this hotel .

It was ok. They did not provide towel. The Tv was not coming. I have asked for the Tv they gave wifi password and said only can be watched on Youtube. The Wifi password did not worked for Tv. After sometime in the afternoon I have bring to their notice. No one turned up.

supporting staffs behaviour is not good.Room bed size is small and blancket the was dirty.Dailly room was not cleaned.Not recommend...Don't plan to stay here..

The rooms were OK, but the breakfast was stale. Stale puri and chole ka dal was served. When asked to replace the breakfast they said that's all they have.

Stay was excellent as the property is at a perfect location, free from town pollution and traffic. Very friendly and approachable staff. Beautiful hotel with rooms having perfect ambience and amenities. Restaurant (cot) has a peaceful ambiance and the food was very delicious and pocket friendly. Overall experience was great. Would prefer my stay here whenever i vista koraput. I would recommend this property for sure to everyone who wants a perfect stay at koraput.

As discussed over phone. I understood tha gap sir and so sorry for the inconvenience. There was a communication gap from our side. We should have explained you well about breakfast. It's packet food served in room, for that guest place their choice atleast 30 mins before.

l was staying with my wife on the 19th Nov 2024 for one night. We are Senior Citizens. At the time of check in Reception told me that your room was allotted on the 2nd floor . There was no lift. So l told them that we are 70 yrs & 63 yrs old , not possible to climb stairs. But they regret it . And we are bound to stay in Room no 207. At the time check out (6.30 am) no person seen in the hotel reception desk and so many calling for the help of our lagged download . But no person came. Finally we are the two senior citizens who were bound to download our lagged through stairs . And it's a terrible experience for us. Rating for Service - 0 Room - 1 Cleaness - 3 Location - 2 Valu for money - 1
