Location wise property is at excellent location for midways stay. I stayed in the property in my midway from Delhi to Patna. Restaurant in the hotel is good, however overpriced.. Rooms are Okay, cleaned and hygiene however services was below average..Overall 4/5 in the budget

Poor room service, No High Tea Served till 9 PM. In the morning during Breakfast a lot items like Poori, Moong Daal Halwa was having the bad smell as it was not fresh. Comode Sheet was not proper. Why they are calling as 3 Star if they can't serve properly

Dear Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to bring a few key issues to your attention: Dart and Activity Area: The dart setup was extremely poor and clearly not maintained. It looked more like an afterthought than a part of your guest recreation. This was not only disappointing but also unsafe. Staff Behavior: One of the most upsetting parts of our visit was the rude and unprofessional behavior of some staff members. Instead of being helpful and courteous, which is expected in the hospitality industry, they were dismissive and, at times, outright rude. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your property. General Service Standards: Overall service was slow and lacked any sense of hospitality. Basic requests took far too long to be fulfilled, and it seemed like the staff was not trained to handle guest needs efficiently. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously. I chose your hotel based on reviews and recommendations, but my experience was unfortunately far from what was promised. I do not intend to return unless I hear that substantial improvements have been made in guest service, maintenance, and staff behavior.

really it was very bad hospitality no good food even you have to take food from other room and have to go and sit in another room even rooms are not good as shown in picture

My experience at Grand SR Hotel in Azamgarh was nothing short of terrible. The washrooms were in a deplorable condition — broken tiles on the ceiling, unclean fixtures, and an overall lack of maintenance. Several room keys did not work properly, and despite repeatedly calling the reception, no resolution was provided. The staff seemed indifferent and untrained, showing a complete lack of professionalism and urgency in addressing basic guest concerns. This hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until the management takes serious steps to improve infrastructure and service quality

The stay was not upto the mark. Swimming pool was given in amenities but not provided at the place. Room service was terrible no one answered the phone. Bathrooms were pathetic could have been a better stay only if the services were provided as mentioned in amenities.

Ok type. Not worth of money. But not bad in comparison to other hotel at azamgarh. Out of them it's best. Spacious and all facilities. But bathroom, toiletries are not upto mark. Room service is too expensive.

i didn’t expect hygiene room in that area but still the room was very clean n good … food was very delicious..

Not a professional hotel . Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. Complete toiletries were not kept . Iron board they don’t keep . Overall un professional behaviour.

No support from staff, careless attitude no water available in rooms and no arrangements done for driver

Not happy with service a lot of time intercom was not connecting, was not picked up at other end. When asked for room freshner all the staff was on dinner break collectively,

Rooms are good with all fittings looking new staff is v supportive and restaurant food is good. I liked the buffet breakfast.

I am very disappointed with the sevices, which was provider from the hotel. Breakfast was not fresh, bathrooms towel was mot clean.
