The property is basically built for wedding banquet and the rooms are rented in off season. Room maintainence is good ,rooms are clean but they don't have lift and I was given room on 2nd floor.So, it will be difficult for any senior citizen Guest. For breakfast also there is no buffet and they provide fix menu with limited options. room charge is also high as compared to other hotels nearby.

No swimming pool and rice cooker as mentioned in amenities. The rest of the stay was very good. The resort is good for marriage purposes. They never asked me for my breakfast choice.

Rooms are neat and clean and bathrooms are hygienic, rooms are big as well, linens and towels are clean.

Everything is good ...but the ac in our room sounds much and less Cooled the room . overall good experience

The hotel's property had a good and ambience. The staffs were patient and polite which adds a bonus to the hotel's hospitality towards its guests. We were also satisfied with food provided by the hotel. Hence the overall experience in golden glam was copasetic.

Very good service and rooms are nice decoration and well maintained. Such a nice experience at your resort.

Location atmosphere rooms are ok but they have some useless restrictions. If you are expecting guests then dont book it. Because each and every time you have to go to reception and ask for permission

It's literally good ngl, and the foods are also good and clean, but in this much cold you guys should give atleast 2 blankets

Rooms are not that big and staffs are not well mannered. They need to learn a lot. All they know is calling every customer ‘dada’. They are not trained

It's a good well maintained property with amazing taste of food. Staffs are polite. Only missing thing is a pool.

My experience with the resort’s staffs are just amazing, they are very professionals, the resort is safe place for everyone. The food is just top level and the interior are also wonderfull, this is the best place for everyone in malda.

Beautiful property, beautiful lawns and view, quite spacious rooms, large window with good view, well done up bathrooms, very polite staff few suggestions: 1. They should put shower curtains in the bathroom 2. Provide intercom in room 3. Open a dining hall; presently only room service available
