Feriado Resorts

The resort is a dirty, filthy place. 3 men were drinking alcohol at the pool with very loud music. When we enquired at the reception, they said they were the Manager’s friends. Can’t believe that the manager is supporting this. This is not a place for family.

Excellent place to stay.. Forest view pool everything is great.. service is good

Property is worth the price .. since it's with in a sanctuary lot of money's can make you bit worried some times

Location was very good. Food served at the restaurant was good. Room got cleaned on asking for the same after check in. Need insect nets to he put up on the doors and windows to prevent the large number of insects within the room. No electric kettle with required tea bags and overall cleanliness of rooms need improvement. Huge number of monkeys in the resort. They are creating lot of nuisance. Location was good. Food was well cooked. Rooms are not clean. Need insect nets on door and window to keep insects out. Too many monkeys creating havoc in the campus. Lot of upkeep required for the resort.

Worst service 👎👎and worst stay

The stay was great, the service from management was to the point. They’ll give the best service. Rooms are good and swimming pool was great!

The stay at Feriado resort was just ok…rooms were not so good…they did not provide atleast a towel nor hairdryer in the washroom… And more over the pool was covered due to rainfall n when I requested to open the pool…they opened it after 2 hrs n did not even clean the pool water… Food was good…with a in house restaurant

Nice stay with beautiful environment view. Staff was very helpful and enjoyed 2 days stay here with friends and family

Resort maintenance is very good. The service is also customer supportive. The resort environment is cool and there is no disturbance. Small suggestion from my end. Increase the items in the food menu.

It was a great stay in the middle of the jungle

It’s a worst experience staying at feriado resorts starting from the room maintenance to the food options and service everything disappointed us half of the time during our stay we faced power issues because of which no hot water no ac i prefer not coming here again

Very nicely built resort with hygienic and spacious rooms, food was very good and staffs are very friendly. Location is also perfect on the main road. Mobile networks are also there fully. Would definitely love to revisit again

Zero maintenance cleaning very bad service
