Terrible Stay

I had a very disappointing experience booking through MakeMyTrip. I had reserved Fab Hotel The Vibe, SR Nagar, Hyderabad, but on reaching the location, it turned out the property actually belonged to Treebo group with a completely different name, making it very difficult to find. This was extremely misleading. The facilities were also not up to the mark. A basic amenity like TV was not provided, and for breakfast they informed me it would be arranged from outside. To my shock, they simply handed over paper plates and a water bottle in advance for the next day’s breakfast. On top of that, the receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful, adding to the frustration of the stay. I expected a smooth and professional experience via MakeMyTrip, but instead faced confusion, poor service, and unprofessional behaviour. This needs urgent attention so that future customers are not misled or treated in the same way.

hotel rooms are terrible we paid for deluxe for but they charged for giving us deluxe room and room were very dirty staff were very bad. I suggest no one should checkin in this hotel even fab members didn't picked up call

The property was in complete contrast to shown photos. The room was very dirty. Non TV. Broken mirror. Bugs and small cockroach in rooms. Heavy smoke smell in corridors. No proper amenities. Even restaurant/canteen was not operational. Please don’t go with positive reviews shown on listing and avoid this hotel at present.
