Lack of staff , and services like water jug was not provided on time. Lack response at reception counter

Food is awesome , service is fast and polite, rooms are near and clean

Clean room, tidy staff, supporting staff and quick service food is so awesome

Lake of basic amenities, breakfast taste is such a bad. Water service is very poor. Asked to pay for extra water bottle in this summer

I have recently stayed at this hotel and pleasantly surprised by the changed new management . The staff were courteous and attentive, clearly trained to uphold higher service standards. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and professional. Excellent value for money experience.

The hotel is empty & the food cost is very high. even beverages are 3 times normal stays. the hotel is behind other hotels.

Nice service and nice staff.

The hotel is a new one located approximately twenty kilometers from Jamnagar and it was easily accessible as it was located near the high way. The parking facilities was good. The washroom and the room was fairly clean and was spacious. The behavior of the receptionist was very pleasing as well.

It was a short business trip of mine for 3-4 hours. The location was quite in the outskirts. Staff was very nice and hospitable. I came very late after the breakfast time though they arranged food as per my requirement and customized it as per my requirement. About the safety and security I would say it was average and nothing much as I didn't stayed there overnight.
