Terrible Stay

Worst property u have to climb stairs to reach the property, the owner is very rude both the husband and wife, no drinking water is provided for 3 days we have to purchase it all the time, no beds were changed, no room's were cleaned during our stay. I will not suggest anyone to stay here,

In your photo you can see also a water jug, filter water that we provided to you, which means you are full of lies. the rooms are being cleaned everyday, and how should you know? you stayed only for a night. We are super host on Airbnb for 5 years no, it is only costumers like you that come from make my trip and have no idea of hospitality , can leave such review

The property has a soul, which makes you fall for it even if you stay there for an hour and amazing front garden and lobby are the extra attractions for the house and on top of that hosts are really helpful.

Amazing hospitality, you need anything just you contact you property host. They will arrange. I mostly reccomend if anyone going to manali. And location is also amazing and peaceful l place

groupPros: good location, nice staff, food. Cons: won’t recommend the place if planning to go in december when winter is at peak, most of the times power outage will be there with no backup, no room heaters, sometimes water will be frozen and you need to wait until its gets warmer to flow with no other options available

Very convenient location. It was a good property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security or facilities. The room was very relaxing and comfortable. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was excellent. I would like to recommend this property to others.

Only tea is provided by the guest house in our own expanse. Other food is provided from outside the guest house in our own expense. But utensils of food after eating are not carried out from the room instantly. They are lying in dirty condition till the morning in the room.

Dear guest, If you are paying only for a room, accommodation only as it is said in your reservation, than you get only chai. We told you, it is a home stay and if you want dinner, you should order it in the morning and we will gladly cook for you whatever you want.

Wonderful stay

Everything about to stay was good, rooms were neat, hospitality and food was also good. Nice scenery. Soothing sound of Beas River. Staff was very helpful. Due to more number of trees river was not visible properly from to hotel. The only issue I found was that you have to climb around 25 stairs to reach to hotel, its a bit difficult for old people and group with infants to climb up.

It was a pleasure to have you in our home, hope to see you soon again. By law, we can not cut any tree in Manali, even the trees in our own property. It is a well-known fact that old Manali village is on 2, 000 feet high, so the only way to get to our house is by steps, that bis way you can enjoy the view and the clean air from our Guesthouse.
