Room was very good, clean bed sheets, and washroom. Housekeeping also nice. AC also working in good condition.

Pros: Housekeeping/manager were very well behaved and good. Place is nearby to many local attractions. Cons: Bedsheets were having some stains. The common toilet was given to use after checkout was not that clean. The hand wash bottle was broken

Horrible Experience. The attitude is too commerical with uncourteous staffs. Dirty bedsheets and unhygienic cleaning practices. Not recommended at all.

We stayed with the family and had absolutely amazing time here. Raj and his staff were very helpful. You can walk across the white town from the place. The rooms were beautiful and clean. There is no designated parking but ample car parkings around the property. There is also lovely temple right next to it!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The washroom was clean too and maintained. The location of the hotel is also good as it's close to the rock beach and almost in the middle of white town. If you're going by 4 wheeler, you will struggle to find a parking space, but no issues whatsoever with 2 wheelers. Both owner and staff were polite and helpful. Both tv and wifi were working properly too. Recommended to stay. Also, the deluxe room is spacious enough for 2 people but it gets just a little congested for 3 members. I also booked a standard room which is only for 2 people and it's good.

It's a nice cosy place at the heart of white town. The hosts are really helpful and friendly and give you great recommendations for your trip. The rooms are a little small but everything else was nice.

Location was good no food opted and i guess there is none. But local food available very close to property which was very good. Service also was good. Manager was helpful and considerate. And offered help also in communication and recommendations. Overall great stay. Totally recommend.

For the early checking we were charged with 1000rs and also thar current room is not wt all spacious. Its not worth for the money which i booked. Beign trusted user of make my trip i am sure that this wont happen for my future bookings. Thanks

Very decent rooms with good service, everything is around this hotel which is easily available. There is a kamadhenu stall and hotel next to it, which has yummy south indian food 24/7. From good cafes to rentals and beaches, everything is near from this hotel. Service is also really good. Had a great time at casa mel, highly recommended. Also, the host of the hotel was really helpful. He provided us all the details needed for the itenary, travel, etc.

Rooms were not ready when we checked in. Hotel management had taken extra money to allow extra hours for outgoing guests. During our check out hotel management charged 500- more for a so called broken shampoo holder which was already broken when we came in. Looks like new way to make money.

Great value for money! stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable and very good location. All prime spots in white town and heritage town are walking distance from this place. Bang in the middle of a happening area! great service and hospitality and spectacularly clean rooms! coming back here again for sure!

Superb location, clean and tidy rooms. Beautiful property. Go for it. We booked the studio. It has 1 bed room with attached bathroom and one hall. You will be provided extra beds if required.

The perfect budget stay at the right place in puducherry. Some advantages are listed below: 1. Many eating joints are at a walkable distance 2. Renting bikes/cycles are nearby 3. Promenade beach, aurobindo ashram, museum are walkable from here 4. Street markets are also walkable from here 5. Ameneties like ac, tv, kettle, hot water, wifi are available. 6. They provide auto/cabs at an additional fare if required for sightseeing. 7. Good service provider by the caretaker there (sivakumar) and good assistance given by kuharaj. Overall, we had a good stay here in puducherry.
