Good service and supportive staff

Room was clean. Bathroom, bedsheets, sofa and all other things are in good condition.

Need to take more person for batter services.
There is cleaning problem room heater not working there.

Good to stay for short trip to city.

Needs to improve service quality and to maintain ventilation in room.

Nice hotel for singles only. Very close to Jhansi fort, district Jhansi hospital, khushipura area. There are multiple no of shops, restaurants, atms, banks around this bhawna hotel, also close to are station (3-4 km approx ).

When you tie-up the hotel you must check the quality then authorized. It's very poor condition of room and others

Having stayed in this hotel, I have learnt probably make my trip has no system of looking minimum to minimum standards of any hotel to bring in their net work. I have never seen such worst hotel in life till now. It can't be called as hotel but we may call it as a slum side lodge for labourers. Even a small lodge has little guestures towards guests as providong a towel and soap but in this hotel they don't provide any thing. If you ask they will give one paper soap tissue. Very dirty hotel

Good and much better than other expensive hotels in Jhansi. Rooms are in average condition. But much better for staying sin gal for one and two days. I think it is 4 km far from railway station. But very near to collectorate office.

Very very worst experience in my life. This type of hotels are devalue your image in visitors mind. Please remove such type hotels from your list. I have never been saw such type of hotel. Its like Dharmshala.

Location is not good because it is situated near old bus stand, but overall stay was good. If I will visit again, definitely choose this hotel. Hotel staff is very active, food was very delicious as like home.

I have not received toilet shop and towel to my room in two days stay no toilet cleaning in two days. Location is good but facilities is so poor room is average but sorry to say I, m not expecting this kind of room.

Pics available in MMT are completely fake... Fan and cooler was not working... Mosquito ruined our night... I will never prefer this hotel for stay... Don't go there for stay... It's completely unhygienic... There was no water in bathroom...

During stay I have observed very worst experience in hotel services, cleaning of room, hotel staff behavior is very bad. I was shocked I feel as spent rs 678 is totally waist. In future I will not suggest to any person for this hotel. This is my first and last stay in this hotel.

Very bad experience for stay, before booking status showing AC and good room but provides very poor and non-AC room, no room service. That is very bad hotel and makemytrip also lose the trust.

According to images there is nothing, poor quality rooms like third quality, I think bathroom was very dirty, no AC, no shower, no sofa set and no balcony. Totally, wasted my money, hotel staff were not good, bed was broken and TV set not working properly.

Very bad hotel. I don't know why Makemytrip promoting it, according to my experience lodge are more clean than this hotel. Oily pillows with dirty bedsheet and mosquitos will not allow you to sleep.

Very dirty room no air condition available. Bathroom was very dirty. Room was different at booking time from the room we got. Very poor experience. I hope makemytrip removes this hotel from website. Worst hotel I ever stayed. No AC, no shower, no sofa set, no balcony. I stayed for 4-5 hour after that I decided to move on to the another hotel. Also, send pic to makemytrip care but no response from from mmt also. Totally, wasted my money.
