ASHRAY HOTEL

No power at first, dirtiest rooms with mouse in toilet, bed sheet, blankets and cushion dirty and smelly, under age staff who stays in the Hotel room Kindly so not book this Hotel

Hotel was not ready for us (traveling with 3 kids). The rooms were bad, AC did not work, bathrooms flush was broken. (The only good thing was the caretaker Jeetu. Nice and helpful guy).

Online booking was showing that breakfast will be there but no breakfast was served by hostel. No basic things were provided by Hotel staff

Food - the hostel kitchen was shut down permanently, so no questions about breakfast or food quality in the hotel. As we had booked a room with breakfast, we strive here due to no kitchen. Bathroom - no hot water were provided in the morning. The light in the bathroom was so dim, we need to open the door for room light. Even we used bathroom light as night lamp (Dim). Room - the room had no wardrobe. The room is lacking cloth hanger, so our cloths are kept on the floor. The safety of room is very less. A person can enter from the window even if the door is locked. Staff- the staff was cooperative, they fetch all items we asked from the near market.

There is no permanent attended found in the Hotel. Rooms were dripping, as it was raining. There was no power back up and the Hotel was in dark for whole night. Rats were running Around the rooms. Unhygienic in short.

Hotel is good for the persons want to enjoy village life. Own vehicle is required as no other transport is available there. Staff is quite cooperative.

Accommodation is ok but service is not good.

Very pathetic Hotel. AC and TV not working. Rooms are not clean and smelly staff also very poor, service also very poor no one response from the staff, there is no water in the morning we have to wait 2 hours, they give unfresh bread in breakfast. Please never book this hotel it is so far from the market and city.

Overall good except food as kitchen renovate, menu is limited, air conditioning good, service good, staff behaviour good, put some hangers for drying cloths. Recommend to stay here.

No light, no power-back up in the Hotel. Staff is slow, poor hospitality.
