Very poor maintenance of the rooms.Rooms and toilets were not clean. Swimming pool was not maintained water was full of algae. We were denied accommodation by the receptionist saying they had denied confirmation to make my trip. Food options were also not available.

Rooms were not cleaned and were not as shown in photos. There was a small hole in window of washroom due to which there was lots of mosquitos and insects. Bedsheets were dirty and towels were also not cleaned. There was lack of water
