Hotel is terrible, not even clean rooms and ac was not working had to argue for a room change, full of mosquitoes. Over priced Instead of offering discounts pols ensure basic hygiene is maintained and give proper feedback about the hotel.

Worst hotel i ever stayed in my life. No hot water, no cleaning at all, intercom not working, staff was also not good. Even i had to collect towel & soap from reception.

Care takers do not know hindi or english to interact with people the room was non-smoking. We entered the room it was full of smoking smell. Towels soaps were not provided in the room. The hot water facility was not there. Geyser is just a show piece care takers do not help us for anything still they want us to give tips to them
