The worst experience- AC not working n poor maintenance - staff is very good - Management to spend some money / time / interest on property

The water tap was not working fine during the shower. The water was spreading across the bathroom but not filling the bucket

Great property, but ranks low on maintenance. The bathrooms aren't sparkly clean, the rooms haven't been dusted in years, the hot water shower is lukewarm at best. Housekeeping staff tends to open the door after just one knock so guest privacy should also be considered.

not good experience. I stayed multiple times, but everytime variable experience. mainly room maintenance is not good

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the bathrooms were uncomfortably small. The Wi-Fi did not work during my entire stay, despite raising the issue multiple times (at least seven complaints). Each time, I was assured that someone would be sent to fix it, but no action was ever taken. The lack of cleanliness and poor service do not justify the price charged. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Over all room and Food was good but restrooms are terribly bad .Hotel need to focus and take proper action on hygiene part of restrooms. We have reviewed the same to hotel staff too.Hope to see better restrooms next time.

please verify the property before you put on to the site , I was better I would have searched by my own locally , you display very rich in your site , but original is total disappointing, please verify and display the right property , this is my third bad experience with MMT , I will never book hotel with you in future very very bad experience , you display one room , we get another room , what is the fun , I don't understand , I am becoming fool every time I book a room , Thank you , very very bad experience

The hotel was okay, bathrroms are not clean also the towels are very old and used ones. No hand towels are given

Anything you ask it is no from the Reception and Housekeeping. They do not even have fruits in Breakfast. Even a small hotel would have the basic amenities. Wifi not working, when called reception there was no proper response and they hang up.

Dear I would like to bring to your attention the inconvenience I experienced during my recent stay. Initially, I was assigned Room 404, but the room key was not working. After reporting this, I was shifted to Room 406. However, in this room, the study table was not in good condition, and the washroom facilities were also below expectations. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the room conditions and ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

Okay, not so good , room facilities look very old and bad maintenance food is okay, not value for money.

Rooms where good but there was a druckting AC which was not cooling much. Ketel was not there in the room. Else overall service was good.

It was a pleasant stay at Swetha hotel. The ambience was good and the service too was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karimnagar.
