The room was very clean and beautiful, the clothes were clean, but they order breakfast from outside the hotel and provide it without asking, but the rest of the service is great.

Average Stay
Room was clean .but the other facilities like tv was not in working.we need to ask for towels.there was no handwash or soap .they had no canteen facilitise

Good size room but not maintained properly. parking issue
Torn bedsheets and towels. Foul smell. leaking AC. only good point is after taking complaint they corrected most of the stuff. parking space is also limited for big car

Severe Booking Issue and Poor Service at Hotel
We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had booked two rooms , but upon our arrival around 1 AM, we were informed that only one room had been allocated. The hotel staff admitted that one of their team members had assigned just a single room without even checking When we requested the second room, they told us that all rooms were fully occupied and they couldn't accommodate us at this property. They then arranged for us to stay at another hotel, which turned out to be extremely basic — the bed was covered in dust, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. This caused us significant discomfort and inconvenience. When we asked for compensation, the staff refused outright and began arguing with us in a rude and unprofessional manner. Please be cautious and stay alert when booking with such properties,

And the next morning at 6 am, we have given you room in our hotel, which was shifted to the alternate hotel from our end. Also as service recovery we have given complimentary late check out till 4 pm for both the rooms. After giving our best from our end at last from your end there was request for full refund for both the hotels. We were also ready to provide refund of Rs. 1000 only because both the rooms check-in was given plus late check out till 4pm was also given. But you denied for the same. Though our property was sold out room were provided from our end. Please accept our sincere apology as we look forward to welcome you soon in our hotel in future with improved services. Average Stay
There is no kitchen .. they don’t provide breakfast even though MMT charges you for breakfast . Also they charge extra for driver’s room . The rooms are average and they did not provide extra blanket

Average Stay
Rooms are average but this lodge doesn't provide you Food, breakfast or tea. You have to order from outside. Too exorbitant for the type of facilities and staying experience.

Close to temple, nice and clean rooms, great experience!
familyThis is a very good hotel for people who want to visit for tuljapur temple darshan. There is plenty of parking space in the hotel, as well as the temple car parking is close from this hotel. The only thing i didn’t like about is the frequent power cut problem, but they have a generator. Just that it takes time to switch it on. Beds are comfortable, ac is in mint condition. Bathrooms are very clean and has a water heater installed. Prefer choosing ‘without breakfast’ option as there are only 2 fix options ‘poha and idli’ and i didn’t find that tasty. Overall best stay in tuljapur. Kudos!

Good rooms good staff
Good room good staff but it’s 500 metres away form temple. Elderly people have to catch an auto to reach temple.

Excellent accommodation
Location is suitable to me and my entire family. Staff is very polite and give nice service to us. I have left my shirt in room cabinet but the manager call me and say please came back and collect your shirt. This is one of the nice thing.

Pleasant stay for family.
Deluxe rooms are clean and spacious. Had a pleasant stay. Courteous staff. Space available for 5-6 cars parking. There is no restaurant but having an option to order from nearby best restaurants.
