We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had booked two rooms , but upon our arrival around 1 AM, we were informed that only one room had been allocated. The hotel staff admitted that one of their team members had assigned just a single room without even checking
When we requested the second room, they told us that all rooms were fully occupied and they couldn't accommodate us at this property. They then arranged for us to stay at another hotel, which turned out to be extremely basic — the bed was covered in dust, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. This caused us significant discomfort and inconvenience.
When we asked for compensation, the staff refused outright and began arguing with us in a rude and unprofessional manner.
Please be cautious and stay alert when booking with such properties,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused during the stay in our hotel, we apologize for the same. But we have provided you room in alternate hotel which was good property. And the next morning at 6 am, we have given you room in our hotel, which was shifted to the alternate hotel from our end. Also as service recovery we have given complimentary late check out till 4 pm for both the rooms. After giving our best from our end at last from your end there was request for full refund for both the hotels. We were also ready to provide refund of Rs. 1000 only because both the rooms check-in was given plus late check out till 4pm was also given. But you denied for the same. Though our property was sold out room were provided from our end. Please accept our sincere apology as we look forward to welcome you soon in our hotel in future with improved services.
