Property is good but not well maintained

Staff wasnt aware of our booking and it took some time to clarify the same. Then the rooms which were alocated were not properly cleaned and had used towel on the floor and bed wasnt done properly. Wiered of all was that nobody was there to attend in morning from 6 to 9 and I was wandring alone in the property gate was open and some wedding arrangement was going on in the premises. When enquired about breakfast they told that it will take time, so if we still want it and later it was served in our room. We had only poha and then when we enquired about option it took another half an hour to get poori subji. Property is good reasonable but not well maintained.
