Location is very good and easy to reach, though I have not ordered food therefore I would not like to make any comments, beds are not so clean as look.

House keeping was very poor.

Terrible service. please do not offer this hotel any more.
Customer service is terrible. The room which was booked was not offered. Another room provided with extra charge. Very poor room service. No attendant available at any time. It was asked to give a miss call to reception if required.
No electricity point was serviceable. Geyser disconnected.

No amenities are available as mentioned in the list. To start with no elevators, no room service no food, No internet not even your own Mobile connections will work. I had Vodafone, Jio and t24 none were having connections. Apart from this after booking hotel no person is available for any service. It was non sense place to stay. I had to travel next morning to catch my train for which I asked hoteler to unlock the gate but at the time when I had to leave the gate was locked and I had to struggle

The hotel is very new one and the location is also convenient. Its value for money but only issue is they don't have their own restaurants. You can order food through room service but that is very poor in quality. Hence suggestion bring your own food if you want to stay.
