Location is remote, front desk staff is highly non-cooperative, food was also below average. Beware: they may charge you for a hotel booking if you’ve checked in but not even stayed or availed the room after seeing the service standard.
The hygiene of the staff was very poor. Also the food service and utensils were ill managed.

groupIt was a great stay, located just next to Neelon Bridge. It one of the best situated resorts of the Punjab. Very accessible from Chandigarh and Ludhiana. Just an hour drive from both the cities. Keep the good work up. Only downside being unprofessional behaviour of the staff .. As they did not provide me the bill.

Hospitality is good, food was very reasonable and good but I think rooms need better maintenance, mini bar was not working, extra bedding was wobbling and we couldn't find any bin in room or washroom . .
