praveg head office staff was rude named shreyansh shah, he was forcing us to book in advance but we reached at property without booking to see the property and we told receptionist that e we had conversation with Mr shah, he called mr shah and gave phone to me and shit happens, he talked rudely because I told him that makemytrip giving best price he cut the phone, after booking from mmt entered room and surprisingly saw 2 lizzards inside the room and found flaws in interior of the room there was gaps for insects and lizards to enter easily, we changed room for hope but every room is same please fill the gap so that people can stay in the property near jungle.

In general location is nice, staff is nice but not enough to attend, maybe because it's new and not many customers to attend. House keeping was fine. There was problem in wc flush and they attended it immediately and properly. Room is excellent iverloiking artificial water bidy and nice big bathroom are good with bath tub but hot water system very poor. Even shower hot water was not sufficient and water got cold. Their instant geyser of 15litres they should give at-least a nice bathing time. Otherwise staff was very nice and helpful, they also lit a nice born fire for our family. We were the only customers that night. All in all nice property which can get better in facilities. The swimming pool was in maintenance and the property has not picked up, the landscapes are developing. Maybe after next season of safari all these deficiencies would be taken care of.

We booked this as this is close to the black buck safari. Property is far away from any highway and complete absence of any road sign made it very difficult to find especially after dark. Accommodation is like a jungle tent and with all modern amenities. The campus is still under development. The restaurant is good with glass wall all round offers a good view but menu is very limited. The main point of staying here is to access the safari in the morning and for that this place is unreasonably expensive! people preferring quiet and remote stay in wilderness will like it.
