It was a very good experience for stay and food, nice ambience and cleaning, cool and calm palace.

Great stay, friendly staff they upgraded the room at no extra cost, great location and property. Peaceful and relaxing.

The stay was plesant. Ambience was 10/10. Food was also delicious. Highly recommended. Staff was very co operative. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The stay was comfortable but staff needs to be more polished though they were helpful but many of them were locals from that place. Food was good but yes the rooms needs a good makeover as they give an impression of early 2000s look.

My stay at hotel polo heritage was a memorable stay since the feeling of reality will remain with me for a long long time. Though, the purpose of my visit to jodhpur was to attend a friend's son's wedding but knowing fully well the royal heritage of the city i decided to attach the royal feeling along with the visit. So first and foremost was to book an accommodation which would give a royal feeling about the stay, hence the search for a hotel which had a royal touch was the foremost and polo heritage fitted it well. On arrival, at the hotel, the pictures of maharaja playing polo hung along the walls were very nice. Then his pictures along with former polo players with most of them being army officers made me feel proud as i am myself and army officer. It gave me a reason to boost about myself with collars up infront of my wife. Adding to this mesmerising experience was the mannerism and the behaviour of the staff who were always courteous and ready to make us at ease at a given opportunity, in the true traditions of the royal rajasthan. I can confidently rate my stay at the hotel a memorable one. Keep it up all at the hotel

It's good place to stay, service is better but food items are so costly and i am shocked when they charge mineral water for rs. 60 but mrp is rs. 20-

Comfortable stay with family. Just few mins away from hustle bustle of main town.

Hygiene and safety was average. The room i stayed in wasn’t able to get locked. Food was tasteless. The stay can be avoided here for the 4k per night.

The polo heritage gave us the utmost royal feeling during our stay there and it was worth living. A part of the property where we stayed is 100 years old so well maintained, spacious with taste of the past days very nicely displayed in form of polo teohoes, photo gallery. Food is very tasty adn staff are so kind and well mannered. Loved everything. Also here nature is in its best.

Good place to stay with family

The room was clean and spacious. However since i couldn't see and proper sanitization around, i sanitized the room myself. The staff was wearing masks and the hotel wasn't too crowded. The pool was operational but wasn't maintained well. The location is amazing. Food was good, mostly home cooked style. Staff was courteous. You can also enjoy some furry company with in-house mascot raffaele.

The room and the common places are kept clean on regular basis which i saw during my stay. This property is located in posh area of the city with peaceful environment. Food and service is also up to the mark
