No member was available at reception, no towels were provided, in one room was filled with rainy insect flyer so it was my terrible experience moreover this available for hours, lot of buses were parked with passenger and ther were using hotel washroom so atmosphere was not good at all for premium segment family. Hence it was not worthy for my payment
